SO Hamilton had to work it out for himself when he had problems, Rosberg gets told immediately exactly what to do.
He is continuing to use 7th. The on boards showed it.
Then he should not use 7th at all if it's going to cause imminent failure. He can't cry imminent failure and not do everything to avoid it (by not using 7th).
Surely that's a very woolly phrase though what constitutes an 'imminent failure' 1 lap, 5 laps, 10 laps......failures aren't an exact science anyway it might last ages!
Bit of a joke rule really
Well precisely - surely they could just say 'We thought it'd go any second, honest guv!' and get away with it...
He asked the team something about 7th and they clarified in reply. How would he know it is 7th causing the problem until it is potentially too late?
I think it should be okay to tell the driver of a fault with the car which the driver obviously wouldn't be able to easily work out.
They should just set a precedent and say it is okay.
They set the precidence of saying its not OK in Baku.
The stewards did nothing in Baku unless I missed a penalty being handed out for radio messages.
Yep. But if it exists it should be enforced.
That's because he wasn't told how to fix his car in Baku (Lewis)
