Very strange incident. Difficult to judge for sure without telemetry but looked very much like Vettel stuffed up. Echoes of when Max weaved in front of Ricci and caused an accident last season but I didn't see any double move this time.

10 s for vettel, wont effect result but shows it was his fault. Botas will comfortably make 2nd at this pace

It won't make much difference to Vettel now but 10 sec penalty for what he did is too lenient. Verstappen is lucky to still be in the race let alone 5th.

Not like Baku at all, Max didn’t move this time. Vettel was trying to swap to the outside and misjudged the braking zone.

When was the last time someone had to miss a race for the points on his superlicence? It's just lip-service, because it never results in an actual penalty.
