Which he most definitely would have done. He was catching him like crazy and still had 12 laps to go (14 lap fresher tyres too).

Well deserved win for Sainz. What a race! Good comeback for Perez. Also great to see Lewis on the podium again.
I think its safe to say when the track isnt too bumpy the Merc is genuinely on the race pace of the Ferrari and RBR.

Best race of the season easily, Closing stages of the race were some of the best racing I've seen in a long time.

This is OcUK, anything an RBR driver does is wrong and must be penalised

Expect the next few pages to be full of RBR talk rather than great racing and a Sainz win.
