It's interesting the way this thread is completely dedicated to the 4090 now, lol. It seems clear that few people are interested in the 4080.
Both 4080 are cards are about £600 overpriced though so it's no supprise really. It's interesting the way this thread is completely dedicated to the 4090 now, lol. It seems clear that few people are interested in the 4080.
Are the 4080s overpriced though? They are the same price 3080s have been for the last 2 years. The FE at £650 were at such limited supply getting one was just a lottery win

It's fine if nvidia wanted to cut down the performance but then they should have been priced accordingly not seen prices double. Many feel outraged as it's not within 10-15% of the 4090 performance and not £650. Nvidia was just never going to repeat that mistake again - everyone knows the huge impact this had on retailers, distributers, transportation companies and production factories. Never ever again!

Imagine if next gen 5090 prices doubled and they used a 103/4 die for it would you not feel outraged?
Everyone's so obsessed with the FE cards. Nvidia's not making that mistake again. The AIB cards will be cheaper like they always used to be.
