BT upgrade option for existing customers

i applied once, and got sent 2 home hubs. One went on ebay, the other is sitting next to my desk 'incase' i need it for some reason, what reason i don't know as its a piece of ****

Did you all upgrade to option 3 using the letter you were sent, or did you use the link from the email?
This maybe the reason KingAdora hasn't got his Home Hub.

OK finally got the home hub! Better late than never.
However my connection speed is the same as it's always been (2mb). Does that mean that it's not possible for me to get anything faster?
