I am also a huge fan of BTCC, fantastic series and i can really see it growing, the manufactures are really chucking a few quid at these new cars. must be a big (ish) area for publicity surely.

I assume the eBay Bimmer wil have a few more sponsors, looks nice and minimalistic ATM!

I'm thrilled that our race series does not clash with the Snetterton round, for the first time in about three years so I'll actually be able to go. (only live down the road and have season pass).

Yes the eBay cars will have more sponsors. They're keeping the stickers secret for the moment for some reason.

Its free advertising for most, as I think only Honda and MG have any sort of manufacturer backing.

Can't wait, got tickets for Brands already.

They are still negotiating as some of the drivers have individual sponsors who are in conflict to each other.

That Astra looks great.

And epic camber on the front of the BMW.

The Astra will be a 5 door because 3 door cars can only enter if they have the same silhouette as the 5 door variant. That will rule out coupe like hatchbacks.

The only manufacturer backed teams are MG and Honda. All the others are private teams with their own funding.
