That's Tim he's just there filming a fly on the wall documentary but it seems he's in the wrong place if I've told him once I've told him a thousand times Windows are not walls!

That is the rare lesser nosed brain eating dozer fly from Albania. When it becomes preggers it will look for a human nostril to crawl up so it can lay its eggs. Once the larvae hatch mmm delicious brains.

If you can get a picture from the topside it would be a lot easier, buts its definitely some species of fly, need to know what markings it has on its abdomen / wings to really be able to tell
