AUXTIN is likely to be a false reading, most mobos have dummy readings here and there depending on the software being used. It's not your CPU temp though, that will be shown as CPU/CORE0,1,2,3,4 etc. If something was at 128'C then you're know about it without software having to tell you :p

Ohhh ok, i sorted the wireless card problem but thanks for asking :). One more thing atm my cpu temps are jumping everywhere constantly like crazy never see this before, sometimes it goes from 29c to 41c but ites really fast there moving all the time
 
Don't worry about that.

The CPU will clock down when it's not doing much hence the 20s, it will clock up when you start to do stuff that requires faster clocks and as such the temps will also rise. Normal behaviour. Keep a loose eye on it I guess but no need to be paranoid about it. I'm guessing OcUK left the speedstep/power profiles active when overclocking and this is fine, you don't want it running at max OC clocks 24/7 :)

Ok, sorry to keep pestering you guys but i dont have a CD Driver in my setup atm so do i just download all this drivers for my motherboard

Might be a stupid question but im still kinda new to all of this
 
If you have exclamation marks in device manager then you'll be wanting to download the driver for the device that has the mark. If you don't then Windows will have found what it needs from Windows Update and you should be fine.

Just in case I've forgotten something it might be worth seeing if anyone else has any thoughts on this too. I'm sure to have missed something tonight :o

Yeah my device manager shows this

But i was not 100% surre which drivers it was.
 
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but those relate to most of the drivers on that page you linked, install the INF first, then work down with LAN, USB, VGA. The Unknown one I don't know, it will be one of them though!

Only one i cannot seem to find is the Unknown device but everything else is sorted :), got a damn load of Intel stuff running when my pc boots now. I think the Intel Rapid Storage Technology slows it down abit but aaahh
 
You can disable rapid Storage if you're never going to use SATA hot swapping but I'd leave it enabled anyway, you get full AHCI functionality out of your drives with it installed anyway and it should not slow anything down (much) either.

The Unknown one is a mystery, probably a built in component on the mobo. If everything you use works then I'd settle down and once you're happy everything running smoothly then use something like Unknown Device Identifier to see if it can track down the hardware using the device ID.

Ok, this was the first time ive put the components together myself so im abit on edge lol. Anything i see im like omg noo whats happeneing

* I got in touch with OCUK about the OC Profile so that should be sorted at some point

When i goto bios it said

CPU Ratio - Auto

Then when i goto change it from auto it only has the options of All core/Per core

* And i need to set it to CPU Ratio - Manual
 
You'll probably need to set it to All cores (non auto) before Manual becomes unlocked. I am not familiar with that board though!

Ok, just another quick question about overclocking. Is the overclock on permantly at full power? Or does it just kick up when your doing demanding stuff

Because i see some people saying it shortens the life of your components
 
Depends on what's set in the BIOS...

If the power saving options are on (speedstep/eist etc) then it will clock down when not needed.

Life may be shorter...you won't ever see the shorter life under your ownership though, neither will the next guy.

Well its just the case of me getting these settings sorted into bios, kinda scary because i never done it before
