Updating now mate
So, OS installed and Bios updated. That just leaves Driver installation and windows updates.

Have you installed your all your mobo and Gpu drivers.
You should have a setting in the Bios. Select PCIE as your main graphics output.
In the Bios, go to Peripherals and scroll down to Init Display First and select PEG .
And your monitor is connected to your graphics card and not the mobo. Just checking.
And the card is in the right PCIE slot. PEG should have made the PCIE 3.0 x16 slot your first graphics output.
The latest AMD driver is all you need for the Gpu. When you selected PEG earlier, you did save the settings when you exited the Bios.
Just making sure you hav`nt overlooked something.
You could try that.
