Burger King veteran of 27 years gets goodie bag for never missing a day of work

Have burger king released a statement about his goodie bag or are they just keeping quite?

Americans and work/life balance and rewards and time off are just not compatible.

Whether the job is a dead end one or not he stuck with it and provided for his family. 27 years is a huge amount of time to work for a company.

Now maybe he wasn't interested in or capable of promotion that shouldn't matter. Giving a lifetime of effort to a company should be lauded. It's not as if burger king can't afford it. If anything it might make people more loyal if they see people wanting to work have a career at the company.
