Yes, shame.
Especially when it says 720p, then this horrible little flash window appears, with so much compression it looks like a PS1 title ;)
Ta for the effort anyway.
If there's a "proper" 720p/1080p video out there, or at least a watchable one that allows you do see detail, then maybe somebody could post?
I'd love to see this extra AF, as I've only seen the PS3 version so far.

OT: I got offered an XBOX360 to borrow for a pretty unlimited time today. It's free to download demos isn't it? I could have a borrow, and download the Burnout demo myself, to compare to the PS3 one, on the same telly.
 
V1N, normally gametrailers do a HD comparison video, they just take forever to release stuff especially when it comes to reviews :p

Sorry to disagree but you are way off, I have downloaded the demo for both systems and had them running side by side ...... the ps3 version runs far better, smoother with little to no drops in the framerate and it looks the smallest amount cleaner.

Then again why I am discussing this with yourself is beyond my comprehension :o

It didn't run any better, was a little bit sharper perhaps but it's fractional.
 
From what I've heard so far there's very little between the versions. It really doesn't matter, does it?

I'll be playing it on the 360, some people will be playing it on the PS3 and I'm sure we'll all be very happy ramming our cars into other people :)

Of course, I'll have more people to ram into on the 360 ;) :p

I found that I experienced the odd bit of slowdown on the 360 version, especially in areas where there was a lot of traffic, but I didn't find this ( or maybe less instances ) on the PS3 version.

Well not really...

If your going by my photo's i posted i could have switched them round and still people would have picked holes at the "PS3" version.

Have you personally played both versions? I have and there the same, im not defending the PS3, there just the same! Simple as...

I'll be getting the 360 version simply due to Live, Sonys online system is still awful in comparison

In terms of IQ, I'd say Sony ever so slightly edged it this time, it just seemed a cleaner image
