We seem to be discussing this across numerous threads on the same forum now.
I'd still say they've got at least a chance.
As I said in the other thread, by selling off all the pre-owned stock cheap they raise a significant amount of capital which they can then use to buy brand new games, which is what they've lost since the Publishers stopped giving them stock unless they pay up front.
If they don't have the latest games, they can't exist, it's far more important than the pre-owned market, even though they have been relying on it for a long time.
