Hows everyone enjoying this? Im currently doing Time Trials in the JPLM, as having driven it in real life I find it quite accurate with its forgiving handling and tons of grip, quite good for learning different circuits.

The old Asano X4 got removed due to Licensing IIRC.
 
Is anyone running this game with a crossfire setup? Im only using a single card at the moment and my second card is a paperweight as I have negative scaling in this game with it. Is anyone else having the same? Just ran the same part and in crossfire my fps were 16/28/32. When running a single card in the same part I got 32/28/38

IMO this game is **** poor handing with the 360 controller.
BMW M3 to twitchy, and all the high performance cars are bad handing.
What on earth was the BETA guys doing????? why could they not test it properly with a controller?? i feel for the console owners with no wheel

I'd imagine if they got the handling right for a controller it would be a crap game with a wheel.

are you doing what most people who dislike the game are, trying to corner at full throttle, jamming the steering to the side and wondering why the car has no grip?


you need to use reworld driving techniques, good luck controller a race car with a small stick

I have had Project Cars since early crowd funding release and to be honest it varied from turgid to meh for the actual driving physics or opponent AI. I barely ever played the game at all and now it is available for me to purchase at 50% price (Team Member).

I would not waste the £20 this turd is just not worth it, polished or not. As soon as Assetto Corsa became available it rendered PCARS a DoA as far as racing sims are concerned.

It is fine if you like a nice arcade drive for 10 minutes before you get bored. It's essentially only good for screenshots. IMHO

I am literally sitting with my jaw on the floor at all the review labelling this game as "realistic simulation".

I'm kind of bored of it now tbh. I find the Ai to be quite good but I find the game dull and lifeless. I'm definitely more of an arcade racer I think.
