I started the server just after 8:30 only because no one else had. Me and Picnic were on for well over half an hour and no one else turned up.

Don't quite understand why you didn't join or start the server, since it was you that suggested the race in the first place.

Any of you guts suffered from the stutter issues on this? Bit bullet and got game and despite afterburner showing 48-50 fps It jumps all over the place to the point its unplayable as you just cannot steer correctly

Any clues?

It runs fine for me but I have been having issues with afterburner causing stuttering in games, may try and pause the monitoring and see if that helps.

If you are trying to run it on the pc in your sig, IIRC, the G3258 is only 2 core.

The minimum pc spec for an Intel CPU is a Core 2 Quad E8400.

I admit I am dual core atm, although have seen plenty of vids of the G3258 chewing through it on high setting with a single 6950

Noticed he has a few things off I had turned on.

Despite new 15.5 drivers xfire was still giving less performance compared to single card. Shame

Did any of the Junior backers buy the game from Steam with the 20% discount?

Seems a kick in the teeth really as game is £22 on Kinguin but £40 on Steam!

anyone else seen stuttering when you steer when using a 360 pad.....only time the game lags or stutter is when I steer, otherwise its great

Switching off FFB helped a bit, but still being odd

Discount is worth roughly the same as the initial €10 for junior tool pack, which gave you the game for 3 years before you had to buy it. Not bad value either way.

I have this exact same issue! Not entirely sure why this is happening but I was going to try playing with the Jitter tweak settings to see if that helps.

I thought it was just my Xfire setup causing the stuttering, but now that you mention it, it does definitely happen when I steer using my 360 pad! Will have to hook up my G25 to see if that solves it!
