Last night i could join lobbies online that had new Audi DLC and use audi cars but i don't own that DLC is this a bug ?
The new LMP1 audi was ridiculous was glued to road round spa.
 
Just picked this up, tried a few races in free mode just to see how it goes and enjoyed it quite a lot so I started a career, oh dear, WTF is wrong with the karts?

It just understeers like a pig whilst everyone under takes me as I plough on through all the corners, it just wont turn in at all...

I don't think this is a bug but merely the way it works. I think its helping to not restricting the car list for those that haven't bought the DLC.

Here is a blast of the new Audi E-Tron Quattro around Spa for a 2.4 hour race I had at the weekend. Man its glued to the road indeed Squid!

Not played in ages but when I did play I could join lobbies and if the default selected car was one I didn't own I could use it but if I changed to a different car in the lobby it wouldn't let me pick the car I didn't own
 
Still can't get my controller setting right. Will play with it later, but when I was getting the feel of it, the kart races were great fun. Then I started dominating the Super Karts. :D

And soon I will be able to get the wheel back out. :D:D
 
Tried playing this yesterday with a 360 pad after been using a G27 for 6 weeks (played for years happily with a pad) and I couldn't enjoy it at all. So much is lost without a wheel it's unreal. Why it took me till my 40's to get a wheel I dunno but everyone should get a wheel.
 
Here is the short highlights from a 2.4 hour race around Spa race. We had LMP1/LMP2 and GT3 doing a full 24 hour cycle at 10x which lead to around 70 laps for the LMP1s. It was pretty tough going on the concentration levels for such a long period of time, particularly with those LMP1s being so fast.


My first video with commentary so be gentle :)

Excellent stuff and you have a very natural commentary style. If you can filter out the teamspeak from the other drivers, it'd be much easier to listen to.

Natural commentary style, flip me! thanks very much! I was very nervous when I was doing it post race.

Yip, I agree that the TeamSpeak chatter particular at the start drowns me out. I'll try and improve that for my new video.

Have a think about iRacing. It's not a cheap affair, but if you want more of the sort of event you've filmed there, it's a league apart. Whilst it lacks some of the graphical polish of Project CARS, it more than makes up for it in the quality of its racing.
 
Anyone having issues with the 353.62 nvidia drivers?

I'm not sure if it the drivers or the usual inevitable crashes you get with this game.

This one just crashes the game completely, pretty frustrating in the middle of a close battle on the 9/10th lap.
 
I think I'll be joining in with this soon, I've just got an iRacing and a G27 but like the look of this as well

Hopefully will get it downloaded tonight
 
Cracking video Blackvault, and some great driving as well buddy, I presume your using a wheel? Which one?. What's the specs of your PC? As the game looks great and very smooth and there was a load of cars on that grid...
