Never said it was on specific to one but the italians are one of the main ones for doing it always have been.
Every one does it but there one of the worse.
And it's not like you see the english national team rolling around and falling when no one hits them or running up to the ref to get someone booked.
The world cup will yet again prove this point.

I'd say Turkey and Greece are up there with the worst. Thankfully we don't have to watch either of those sides this summer

Of course they are!

Some countries have a higher skill level (Spain) and some countries have a higher level of honest, hard players (England, Germany) and some countries have a higher level of cheats (Italy).

Its the way of the world...

I'm Italian biased but I can see through that. I watch enough variation to allow me to make a comment based on fact. Can I ask if you watch enough Italian football to make a stupid comment like yours? I have watched Italian football week in week out for years and have not seen anything extraordinary about their inability to stay on two feet, none more so than any other league. So where you got your 'truth' about how Italians play dirty I'll never know.

Did you watch the last world cup or Euro04 at all? I cant recall much cheating going on there, the fact the Italians were cheated out is besides the point, as we're talking about dirty Italians aren’t we?

Watch more than your two games a year of Italian football before you make rash comments like yours please.

Yeah i've watched pleanty of italian football since mid 80's on a channel called uno 1 i think it was when the likes of Napoli were a top team around.
Loved watching the footy on a sunday afternoon remember the great milan teams with the dutch trio 1milion pounds for the great van basten what a bargin.

Yeah i've been to world cups and euro championships so yeah i'd say i've watched enough football to say that there's plenty of cheats around the world and the italians are one of the top one's with there falling over and moaning all the timebut it's true there not the only ones there's pleanty others.

How many italian games do you go to a year ? Or in fact as your most likely based in england how many games in the premership do you goto?

Or are you yet another arm chair fan who claims to support a club when little of your money every passes through there gates?

Since when does that have anything to do with what we are talking about here exactly? We are talking about the game, it’s still the same whether your actually there or watching it on the box, I'd still make the same assumptions.

And what’s wrong being an Armchair 'fan' as you put it? I make some of the games when I can just because I haven’t go the time or the funds doesn’t make me any less a football fan.

You do also have a few years ahead of me grandad

Dont comment on others viewing habbits before getting to know them. Asumptions are bad.

You seem to belive that Italians are the worst and that the English are perfect. As ive said, belive that, and your just being too proud of your own country for your own good.
I dont have a problem saying that Italians are sometimes bad, but they are no worse than the Spanish, Germans & the English.

All countrys are as bad as each other now. Dont want to belive that? Actually look at a game objectivly.

Going to games does not make you move of a fan at all. Those who think so are talking rubbish. Some people simply do not have the resources to go a few games or any games. Others situations mean that they cant actually go without a rarther large dent in their bank balance.
Just because some fans are priviledged enough to live near enough to their teams ground to watch them play is no reason for you to look down your nose at others that dont.
Money can be 'given' to the club in more than just ticket sales. Shirts & Merchendice are two such examples.

i think asumptions were being made of me about watching italian games so theres little point in quoting that at me.

And i never look down at my nose at people so yet agian there was another asumption made.

I've never said te english are perfect but they are better than some, the italians being just one.

Well enjoy the weekends offering of football. Enjoy the atmosphere the singing that taunts the opponents fans,the jeering and booing , the angrish and joy that a game can bring.

Of course if things are going wrong for your team you can always switch channels
