What country? and can you login via battlenet with the vpn and do it that way?

Yeah i use my UK paypal account to pay, forgot to add, if you want to setup a throwaway account to gift it to your UK account, both accounts need to be friends for 3 days before you can send a gift.

I have done it for the last 2 COD games, also purchased it for my mate and gifted it to his UK account with no issues. Nope.
