Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered

So Activision have finally cleared up all the will I, wont I stuff about the disc, and you will have to have the Infnited Warfare disc in to play MW:R.

I simply refuse to buy infinite warfare. If that means missing out on MW:R then so be it.

Not buying a game I don't want, in order to get a game I don't. Does nothing to send activision a message that I'm not interested in where they are taking COD.

The community can dislike the trailer all they want, but if they all still go on and buy it regardless (which the Activision CEO pretty much laughed and joked about on an investors call) it will be for nothing.

Activision are money grabbing ******* I can't believe they are using mw R to try sell what appears to be a steaming pile of.... They will lose a load of sales I'd they don't sell the game separately as I'll give it a miss until they do.

Is there a breakdown on versions? I see some for like £50/£80 and one for £110 -.-

£50 is the base version of Infinite Warfare
£80 gets you Infinite Warfare and the Modern Warfare Remaster
£110 gets you both the games and a load of fluff content that will probably remain unused.

I might have suffered this if everyone I used to play had an Xbox but I won't get it now. I think it will be incredibly short lived and look forward to the thread of rage when as usual nostalgia doesn't deliver.

You should have got a ps4 like the rest of us and we could have all raged together.

It was a close call but I'd have ended up buying an xbox anyway for Gears. I can only really see me playing horde for the next couple of years. I only really play a few hours a week these days. Certainly not enough to justify two consoles.

Retried the game on pc recently and think the nostalgia blinded my want to play it. After a mission or 2 watching your team mates stack up on a door while you just wait for them to breach it hasnt aged well at all!

At the time a master piece and will be fondly remembered for what it did online especially in the console space and for shooters to follow (for better or worse in some cases)
