Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

I finished the campaign last night, weirdest COD campaign i've played. Glad a saved up the $9000 for the safe's and elite soldier drops for the 3x Weapon Blueprints the first time through, so i don't need to play it again.

Get the weapon bench upgrade for the house and you can just buy them in there 3k each for the AR, Sub & Shotgun (Sniper blueprint is a mission reward, Knife blueprint is for opening the safe at the house). Then the perk that makes Elite soliders drop +25% cash.

I forgot i was playing a COD game in quite a few of the missions..anyway back to multiplayer!
 
Playing zombies with the wife last night slip screen is a buggy mess. Can't extract, the bubble gum things don't show for me but they're there. Can't see all options at the work stations ect. Doesn't help when the Mrs has to ask me which button it is to ADS :cry:

I tried playing split screen zombies on Cold War with my other half, it didn't go well. Went back to Wii/Wii U games.

I hate all the new elements like earning money to unlock perks and doing silly puzzles in the safe house.

I prefer a more linear approach to cod campaigns.

Modern Warfare 2 campaign was peak. The diversity of the levels. The Rock film level.

This campaign, ****ing generic crap and "elites" spamming RC cars...

I have read nothing about this game. BUT, from the above post are we saying that after all these years I can still play the Nuketown map in Zombies mode on the latest COD game?

Yes it's back! Seeing as you mentioned you've not read anything on this recent COD, there is a save and quit feature in zombies now so you no longer have to commit 2hrs+ to try and do a full run. Save, quit, come back and resume later one!

I last played Zombies properly in BLOPS3. Kino der Toten and Shadows of Evil. Liked using the RPK. Even on that version it had started to get complicated with all the different bubbegum perks. BLOPS 2 with Nuyketown and just normal perk machines was sufficient!
Last played COD during the pandemic with Warzone for about a year

It's probably all 100 times more complicated now.

I assume that save feature is for single player zombies, or could you play coop and also "resume" as a group?

Edit: Looks like Nuketown 24/7 is for the normal COD modes, not Zombies. :(

I’m guessing you have already checked, but just in case, have you made sure the sound mix is set to headphones in the sound settings?

Seems like the honeymoon period has ended for me and I’m now in lobbies where I’m struggling to make 15 kills and 1 k/d (core TDM) with MVP’s sitting at 30-40 kills and 2+ k/d. Previously I’d been consistently hitting 20-25 kills and about 1.5, sometimes 2 k/d.

Can’t say I’ve played a massive amount but it was definitely more difficult yesterday afternoon than previously.

Started off OK then I got booted to main menu with the new playlist downloaded message. After that every game was a struggle. Also hit reg was off too. I never seem to be in lobbies with console only teams. Always seems to be mostly PC players for some reason.

Not sure I can be bothered with cod this year. Might see if I can pick it up on sale for PlayStation at some point. I don’t like being railroaded into crossplay on xbox.

First time playing Zombies in a long time seems XP is good on it this year more then its ever been, so I thought I would give it a crack.

Think I like Liberty falls the most I got to round 21 solo, anyone got any tips for solo grinding it was getting rather hard?

I was playing Nuketown 24/7 but I think the double XP is bugged it doesn't seem to be giving out great amounts, also people reporting the same on Reddit. I like playing Nuketown but when the SBMM kicks in it's very frustrating.

I think you get more XP on Zombies then MP core objective game modes? and it cool to level up guns on.
 
Can't believe I've sold my consoles and missing out on nuketown 24/7 had a clear out sold my og ps5, Ps5 slim and the Xbox series X sold all 3 last week waiting on the ps5 pro. Wish I kept the og ps5 now.
