I do hate the time it gets into a match though, it’s waaaaaay to long

Oh yes! The few games I played the match had already begun before I'd even loaded in. This was an issue in BO3 as well.

I played a few games but found that the TTK was just too high for my liking. Only Hardcore could save the game for me.

It’s more the load into a match, pick a specialist, wait for everyone to pick their specialist, then a little ready up animation happens and then a countdown timer to the match starting, all after waiting 80 seconds in the lobby after waiting for a time to pick the map too.

The other thing about loading times is that sometimes you load into a match so late that you can't even choose a specialist. That's after waiting 2 minutes for the game to actually start.

Does anybody else find the maps a bit crap? Far too many lanes on them which leads to me getting shot in the back all the time.

They don't seem to be up to the usual Treyarch standard. And they're all far too small as well.
I'm very disappointed in this game. BO3 was excellent but this feels like a step backwards.

That has always been my biggest problem with COD, how the maps are so small and the messed up respawn spots means you will have someone coming up behind you all the time.

Had a quick go it just seems like every other game of this type tbh. Run, shoot, die Rinse and repeat.......

I think I’m too old and slow for these games now.....

Nothing note worthy about this game, feels like any other shooter. Graphics seem quite average and firefights are more often than not spray and pray.

It's just repitition but the problem with that isn't age but finding time.

Feel the same, age plus the fact that I think maybe everyone has a cap for the amount of time they can spend playing Call of Duty style MP games and I put in so many hours to MW1/2 and WaW that I only manage a few hours of the recent games before I just feel bored.

Not sure what it is but CoD also seems to annoy me more than the likes of Destiny, Overwatch, etc as unfair deaths seem more common and the player base is pretty unpleasant. Most of my online time now is either co-op stuff like Destiny raids or Nioh as I find I enjoy working together a lot more than fighting each other but that is probably a sign I'm getting old at 37.

So it's true what the Quakers said, the COD community is extremely toxic...
