Anyone know how the cross platform party chat will work? Have a mate on Xbox who I party up with and usually chat to in Xbox party chat however this is my first year buying on PC.

It works fine, I had the beta for my PC, and my son had it for his Xbox. We could chat to each other no problem. However there was no private party chat, everyone in the lobby can hear you. Lead to me having to defend my 9yo son from some toxic players unfortunately, although the majority were fine. That's Cod for you though.

i only got it for single player and spec ops , and only payed £25 for it off ebay .....as was a nvidia code .....so good all round for me

do you have an RTX card or did you have to work around that?

No spec ops on PC for a year ....

The PS4 only gets exclusive Special Ops Survival mode , we still get all the normal spec ops missions

PC preload goes live 22nd Oct 5PM & game goes live & is playable in UK 2AM 25th Oct. As its 175GB all in (no idea on the preload size yet) better ensure you get to preload Tues-Fri to avoid a lengthy wait on the day!

Depends.

If you have an RTX card get an Nvidia promo key from ebay/these forums for around £25

If not other trusted key retailers would suffice. I think you can get a physical pc copy from amazon for cheaper but would need to wait for delivery.

Got it with my RTX card, might give it a whirl but wasn't that enamored with the beta, SP might be good for a quick blast in 4k.

I got an eBay one for £37, I wasn't prepared to pay more than £40 so I'm happy with that.

When were the qualifying RTX card purchases? I bought mine in the summer.

First COD I have been mildly interested by in a while. Good timing also as I was in the market for a new Grapics card, so the fact that this was included made the extortionate price slightly easier to swallow.

Interested to see how cross platform will play out. I can't see many console players opting in tbh.

EDIT : it say's 128 but then changes too 116 as soon as it starts
