Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone (Battlenet ID's in OP)

Still waiting on a decent PC MP impressions video from the usual fps content creators.
How is Ground War now ? It was just killstreak mayhem in the beta.

Ground war isnt on at the moment (or atleast I cannot find it). They appear to be doing what they did with the beta, changing up what modes are available every so often.

Runs really well for me, not much in the way of hitching etc, it does look good, especially for a COD game, one of the urban maps (cant quite remember what its called) has some awesome god rays and particle effects with smoke, got me killed a few times from looking at it! Cant quite get my aim settings down, there is a lot of customisation available which for me is a double edged sword as you can get a bit lost in setting it up and making tweaks.

Ok I'm 2 games in and really impressed with performance so far considering how good this looks for a COD game. Getting arouind 175fps average maxed out on 1080p and around 130-140 with raytracing enabled on my i7 4790 and 2070 Super.

Not able to play much tonight but looking forward to getting stuck in tomorrow, feel like there will be a bit of getting used to as it doesn't seem to suit a run and gun playstyle with all the cover and peak options available but time will tell.

I haven't been doing too bad running and gunning but i have slowed it down a touch!

I watched a stream of this and I've gotta say it did look impressive, I never think about purchasing a Call of Duty game but this may sway me this year.

As suggested above what's the deal with micro transactions etc?

Played it using a PS4 controller as my first PC FPS game. Works well, customisation and sensitivity options are good.

Cheers. Might pick this up when I tire of BL3 then.

Fancy RDR2 as well so that should keep me occupied until the New Year. :D

I'm really enjoying the single player, it's well paced with some excellent slow bits that have the right amount of tension or shock factor. It's not cheap but it's really fun. I've not tried multiplayer yet, it's not really my bag.
