Packet loss and ping has nothing to do with your machine, as said it's server side. Micro stutter however might be your side. My settings below and have the same GPU and CPU as you
Had some awesome rounds tonight, but yet again all the cheaters come in around 9.30-10.30pm, happens every *** night

Well when I used to play H1Z1/WarZ I knew for a fact that many OCUK members were cheating, so I decided to use an ESP to see for myself. Sure enough every damn time, wherever I was hiding etc they came straight for me. Will not bring up those names as it was too many years ago now. Fact is sometimes you have to stoop to a cheating level to prove others are doing the same. Although I was not banned in H1Z1 or WarZ, because my accusation was spot on. Still I got shunned for a while for doing that!
Disagree with that, thought the narrator was being unintentionally sarcastic, on the first part of the vid guy was clearly hacking from the second kill in, had aim trained on the guy in the building and started shooting before he was visible, heart beat sensor was suspect green blip barely started to appear, he knew someone was above yes but aimed straight to them without scanning the roof, after the first guy at the fire station (why did he wait till the guy would make cover before shooting
) he was locking on to pixels on the last two guys.
This guy is just clickbait, he shows the blatant cheaters but just uses the popular streamers for views.
Does this allow for saving a loadout and using in Warzone if you have not unlocked all attachments?

Finally unlocked Damascus!!!
Forced myself to play Shipment to grind out the launcher camos. Just constantly ran into the enemy team to give them kills with the hope that they would send be able to spam Personal Radars which I could shoot down.
Felt a bit bad for my team in the TDM games where i was going 0/50. But I guess if you're playing shipment you not really in it for the win.

I'm in the middle of doing a similar thing but not Damascus, just getting gold for my favourite weapons.
The worst for me are the mounted kills and crouch kills, the rest are pretty straight forward.
The only guns I have yet to rank up are a couple of shottys, the 680 and the 725. The 725 is brutal with the sawed off barrel and sawed off stock and fair play the opposition give me plenty of abuse for using it lol

Once you have done the Riot shield and launchers everything thing else feels easy.
Quickest way I've found to gold any gun is to do it systematically.
For a new unlevel gun.
1. Use Double XP took to level the gun asap to max to unlock all the camo challenges.
2. Play Shipment, or Hardcore Shipment depending on the gun e.g. pistols, some smgs, etc
3. The first camo challenges you unlock are crouching kills, headshots, hip fire. You can generally do these together quite easily on shipment, use a merc foregrip and laser for better hipfire.
4. Once you get the Longshots and Mounted kills challenge play Hardcore Shoothouse, mount the wall that runs through the middle of the map. Equip a 3x optic with a balance between range and ADS so that you can mount as quick as possible and play hardcore so you should be able to 1 shot kill anyone to the head no matter the gun.
5. Once you unlock the no attachment challenge, switch to doing this immediately as you will general do other challenges along the way.
6. You should naturally get double kills and 5 attachment kills, however 3 kills without dying and headshots might take a bit longer depending on your skill level and the gun.
Once you get into the flow of it a SMG, pistol, shotgun should only take around 3 hours to complete. AR, LMG and Snipers around 4-5 hours. Launchers and Riot shield god knows :<
