Using the Val myself at the moment. A beast but gotta watch those bullets with 30 round msg
I'm sure there is something strange built into this game.
Sometimes I go on Warzone / Plunder and rack up 25 odd kills in Plunder, landing shots seems easy. Other times (like just now) i'll go in and try my hardest but only manage 5-10 kills, with every kill feeling like it's a chore. Almost as if im shooting a 80s potato gun at people. Meanwhile their shots are all landing on me easily and I die within seconds. Then another game it'll be back to easy kills and not dieing as much
Is there some form of dodgy SBMM algorithm that's at play?

Yeah, Some days it feels as though you rip through players then others it feels like there is added lag to give hit markers etc.
Cheers, that's done. Need to test a bit more to see if I can get extra FPS, bit it does seem to make it a bit sharper and improve visibility (especially useful as I stopped using NVidia filters due to some stuttering).
It shouldn't do, as mine hasn't changed at all and I've launched the game already twice..

At first it seemed ok but has now started doing so. I'll try make it read only.
I've decided for the time being to go back to DLSS off, it still looks like blurry ass when enabled compared to disabled

I've not spent a great deal of time with it to be fair. I mostly didn't use it when I jumped on for an hour earlier.
Has anyone found the perfect AR to pair with a long range sniper?
An AR this has quick enough movement, firerate and ADS.
I'y trying the XRK M4 (M4A1) which seems quite good. Also swapping the M16 stock for 4x flip hybrid is quite good and switching out the 60 round for 50 round for improved mobility and ADS

XRK, Milano, Ram7, FARA all can be built as support.
It is and can confirm SOCOM rounds are great for hardcore / core modes but Plunder and Warzone with full armour the hitpoints goes up to something like 300 so takes a lot more bullets to kill. Anything more than duos and you'll run out of ammo fast, thats also presuming you hit any of the 10 shots.
I guess its trying to find a balance of range, mobility, recoil, damage - everything really, for close and mid range (upto maybe 100m) 100m+ you can take cover and snipe
