Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone (Battlenet ID's in OP)

I do have it enabled but not noticed any spikes or similar. I'll keep an eye on it though. Just updated all my drivers so will see how I go. Seemed ok in multiplayer for an hour or so there.

I don't play WZ but regular MW19 Multiplayer is working fine. Some laggy games, but typically it's decent. Just takes a while to find games in certain playlists

It's been a pretty decent week in Warzone, however last night I've never seen so many cheaters in one round!! One guy was speed running, and another was able to go through multiple buildings, gun in hand pointed at the wall directly at where I was hiding and by the time the door was open he was already pre-firing! No way in hell he would've known I was there, I even had Ghost!

Two of our squads rage quit

I found out after a recent ban wave where LOTS of Streamers were banned, Cheat providers are now giving out free cheats!

Yeah they have been giving them out for free since they came backl online after their lawsuit with Activision. Not sure how that ended. Probably Activision taking some of the profits.
I hope WZ2 has a proper anticheat compared to the all hype, no actiion one they currently have. Saying that, There are a lot less rage hackers. More wall hackers though which I read is the one currently going for free along with soft aimbot.

anti cheat has made loads of difference it, hardly see any cheats comparted to 2021

Yeah it has been miles better since Ricochet, still see the odd one but was absolutely rampant before. Probably been several weeks since I ran into an obvious cheater and in that time maybe ran into 1 or 2 suspicious new accounts :p

Terrible terrible experience in Plunder just,A lot of shady stuff going with how accurate peoples aim was they just dont miss and take you down so fast,Yet you go on in the morning anywhere from 7 till about 12 pm and its a completely different experience.

Also whats going on with the guns, ive tried a few different guns than i usually use and they're messed up,The sights are janked up so when you aim its bugged.

Not exactly selling MW3 to me at the moment,Especially not at the price they are asking.

Why would anyone bother cheating in plunder ? It's just a level up mode, most cheats you can get all that anyway.

People just need to accept there are insanely good players out there. The guys I play with constantly call hax when they get owned.

The reality is if you get a good player in his late teens / early 20s who has been brought up on console games they will whip butt

It doesn't matter what game mode it is,Its still online competitive..people will do anything for an advantage regardless.

Without a doubt there are insanely good players out there that literally sit there all day playing it,But sometimes i dont think it takes a genius to see that with some people things dont quite add up,Especially when you watch back in the kill cams at them following where you were,THROUGH A WALL.

What you got to understand is that these people have probably played a lot more than yourself and know how to abuse the mechanics of the game. Add to that the constant rotation of easy to control and overpowered weapons. Like right now it's the NZ and when it gets nerfed something else will take its place. Add in some juicy aim assist and it's very easy to get deleted with barely anytime to react :p

I have played a ton of plunder because I find it fun to mess around with different weapons/combos or just levelling them up and I have very rarely come across hackers there. I'm not sure what bugged guns you are coming across but I have tried most of them without issue. There was some dodgy ADS graphics glitching several months ago with certain scopes/weapons/map locations but I've not seen it recently.

I play with a k/d of 1.40 on PC and often play with 3 console mates who are all sub 0.60 k/d so not the best....

Yet when I am dead and watching them it often feels like they have lock on hax, but it's just the auto aim of console which I guess in the hands of a skilled player is brutal

I believe one of the developers even stated that if you put an average MKB player against an controller user, The controller player will come off better most of the time. If you have a better player that knows how to manipulate the aim assist then you are going to have a very bad time.

I think the issue is that the average controller player will largely be worse than the average MKB player - just by nature of playing on a last gen console struggling stick at 60fps and sitting on a sofa a few feet away from their TV. So I do get that in those instances, aim assist really does help that audience out - but if aim assist is allowing that person to perform at a level above then it absolutely needs to be revisited.

I also think you're spot on about it when it's in the hands of a really good player. They'll know how to take advantage of the huge benefits of aim assist at close range and then also be able to absolutely laser someone from miles away.

Crossplay has been the best and worst thing of the last few years. I loved being on PS4 and playing with friends on Xbox and PC, I love using my PC and not having to worry about friends being on different consoles for us to play together - but equally I've never heard as much frustration about controllers/inputs or consoles/PCs as I have since crossplay was introduced.

I have friends on PC who refused to play with crossplay on in Vanguard multiplayer because they didn't want to deal with console aim assist, friends on console who are adamant that every time they get shot that the person is either on PC, cheating on PC, or using a controller on PC but also cheating.

Are we likely to see matchmaking ever be fully set up to be input based?

I'll try and find the article where it was mentioned. Essentially the aim assist is pretty strong now they have an advantage.

I do like the ability to crossplay though, I probably would have stuck gaming on PC many years ago if crossplay was a thing for a while.

I've been chucked into teams of full controller players who refuse to play a game with me due to being on MKB so they left the lobby.
