Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone (Battlenet ID's in OP)

I've actually found the game quite good over the weekend. I played with a COD pal that moved the Canada (So playing on NA servers) and found it much "easier". Never won but managed a good few high kill games which on EU seem to be few and far between now-a-days. Twas actually enjoyable for a change.

I do hope that the movement is slowed a touch in Wz 2 and the hole sweaty slide cancel nonsense is gone also.

Then a paid lobby/lobbys which cost (even subscription) where players are monitored and accounts banned for cheating

It would be realy nice to 100% know that you are in a game where there are no cheaters and if there are they will get banned by the people monitoring accounts during every game

This way Activision benefit from the cheaters pumping money into the game still and the proper players enjoy a paid service for a game with no cheaters. Of course I doubt cheaters will want to play in the known 'hacker/cheater lobby' as it will end up hacker vs hacker. Maybe it'll be 'best hack winz'

The hackers don't buy the skins though. The cheat software allows "everything unlock".

menu click on friends section, recent lobbies, find player and block. you then get a warning if you lobby up with anyone who is on that list, so you can back out

hmmm, well some sense in that, but it's more a case if it is popular then cheat companies will make cheats.

counter strike for example was not free and had more cheats than normal players
 
If anyone is interested in performance benchmarks of Warzone Caldera, here is how the best of the best stack up against each other.

Here is COD at 4K running on my 6950 XT with a 450W power limit.
The 5800X3D and the 6950 XT averaging 216 FPS with 1% low of 127 in a 30 minute Caldera benchmark at 4K low settings.

haha, this. I think if Neil was banned from posting in this thread he would make another COD / Warzone thread just to post the vids
 
This thread is about 80% posts about cheating in WZ and 80% of those are Neil posting clickbait.

Personally I don't enjoy WZ so don't play it but still have a session of tphe regular multiplayer about once a week. Pretty much only play Hardpoint cause I've found the fewest campers and there are basically no cheaters.

Wont happen, These "Pro streamers" wont look good if they cant slide cancel :D

I think they absolutely need to address these two things though in WZ2.

  • VPN use to bypass skill base matchmaking - Needs to be cracked down on, Its not fair on those lower skilled players...To me its a form of cheating and should be treated as such.
  • UAV - They should introduce cooldown periods to UAVs,people constantly just buying and having UAVs up pretty much the whole game its like a legit ESP.

Not really, they need to crack down on people using cheats/hacks like wallhack, aimbot and devices that plug in to allow things like zero recoil (cronos?)
VPN and UAVs are probably not high on their list.
VPN I do agree but UAVs, anyone can loot and buy UAVs so its just a game tactic
 
I just hope and pray that MWII and WZ2 are seperate game installs. There have been times where a WZ update has made the regular multiplayer genuinely unplayable. Many more times it has introduced bugs.

Not to mention the giant install size with all the wz assets.
 
Has been a long time since we've had such a "good spell" on this game. Managed back to back to back wins on Friday after nabbing a duo earlier that day also. Bagged 2 wins yesterday also.
 
I've had 4 people banned this week for cheating! Came up in the corner in game with the company thanking me for reporting and they've been banned... But they cannot say "WHO" was banned :D. Would be nice if Battlefield 2042 did the same!
