I get where you’re coming from. Its not like it was years ago. Everyone is using the latest META also everyone uses a pro controller and headphones. It’s a sweatfest out there.

COD has had people jumping and shooting since COD4.

Dropshotting was the main thing to do in COD4 because the time to prone was so quick but you'd get people doing all sorts - and the same with MW2. Black Ops 1 lowered the prone time so it transitioned to more players jumping whilst shooting and less drop shotting.

Black Ops 1 came out 14 years ago, this isn't something recent with headsets and controllers that's suddenly causing people to jump and shoot.

Last game i brought was AW but that was exo boost for jumping and shooting, I know all cods after that didnt have it

So didnt know why people still do it

I started playing this a few weeks ago and was enjoying it. Recently though i am put into games with one or more players at max level who just dominate the game.
Been in many games were they just sit camping at spawn point so you cant even spawn!

Could well be RIP for Cod apparently going to outsource the work, well that happened to Halo apparently but I dont follow that game.

Cutting staff can only be a bad thing there been so many mess up for this game as it is!

It might be something to do with that but who knows Deffo noticed a reduction on sticky aiming and no recoil players

PS5 with crossplay off is arguably the best way to play this game the way Ricochet is at the moment.

They blocked cronus with an optional firmware update but you can ignore the update. You can also get around the firmware block by using a usb hostshield. At least they are trying I guess?

A solo duo nuke is very difficult. Not the getting 5 wins, the actual nuke contract. Believe Breadman managed it a day or so ago so maybe check out his strat.

I’ve done it before as a solo and a solo in duos and also in quads.

Yeah the new contract looks a lot more difficult to do solo from what I’ve seen. As always though, there will be a strategy that works well. I need to find better team mates to go for one. Usually play with a few mates who are ehm, less than optimal
