This has a lot of potential, all of the necessary mechanics are already in Modern Warfare, such as large-scale maps, reviving squadmates, vehicles, weapon customisation etc. If it's cross-platform and F2P, it could do extremely well.

I guess it's just me, so many games have tried and failed at it, the latest being Battlefield. I'm just not a fan of BR games anymore. If you guys are excited then by all means! Each to their own, I'll certainly give it a shot.
 
I expect a lot make use of the double XP weekends.

Super close to having my shotguns platinum now. Loving the new assault rifle that came out. with the short barrel it's essentially a high damage smg
 
I think I'm about 80-90. Can't remember. I did start the season late though.

Man, that UMP45, or whatever they've called it, it's a machine when you get that burst fire magazine. in hardcore it just wrecks.
 
What are everyone choice of weapon(s)?

I personally use the M13 with skeleton stock and 5mw laser with HDR as secondary weapon. HDR with thermal scope & think the 26.0 bull barrel & bipod

How goes the Grau 556, Striker 45 and AUG fair in comparison to the M13?
Looking for a mobile primary weapon with little recoil and super quick aim down sight speed (no scope)
Hardly anyone seems to use the M13 but thought i would try it based on someone wasting everyone during a game with it

The m4, mp5, Grau, 680 shottie and occasionally the M13 for me. Trying to get gold on the mp5 and maybe later on the m4, don't have a shot of doing so with the other weapons.

I also use the mp7, Striker 45 and the Kilo occasionally.

I liked the M13 was probably one of my favourites behind the Oden and Scar. The Grau 556 with the first barrel is basically a SMG and I absolutely love it. I also don't bother with scopes for the most part as long as it has decent iron scopes and the Grau has a very nice sight. The Striker 45 is decent. Not my favourite SMG (MP5. Always) but once you unlock the ammunition that changes it to a burst fire it is super deadly. Kills people in one burst. I only really play HC though so it could be different depending on the mode you play. I've been trying to platinum a few classes of guns so I haven't really stuck with any one gun but I'd probably stick with the MP5/Grau if i could only use one gun. Annoyingly my most used gun is the Uzi but that's because it's so crap it took me ages to get it gold!

My classes are mostly all the same. Typically - Cold Blooded - Ghost and Tracker but sometimes change to shrapnel.

Is everyone giving their custom mod guns funny names? The ones from the top of my head.

.357 Magnum - using Snake Shot I've called it 'Main Thug' as a call to a Biggie Smalls song "Before you get your grave dug from the main thug, .357 slug"
Oden - called mine the OHQ One Hitter Quitter as it mostly kills people with a single shot in HC
MP5 - Ghostbuster - cause it's silent
.50 GS - Agent Smith - Everyone loved Agent Smiths desert eagles
725 - Play a Game - it's a sawed of shotty. Makes sense
Origin 12 Shotgun - Hale Cesar - I have it set up like the AA12 from Expendables used by Hale Cesar
Grau 556 - I wanted to call it Identity Crisis as it is a Assault rifle that behaves like an SMG but the name was too long so I called it 'Who am I?'

Completely pointless really but i've had fun making random guns

M13 one of it favourites with the right attachments And loved the Aug. Only reload challenges to the the gold. Got platinum in SMG so only 3 more Assault rifles to finish famas, fal and scar. Really want the Damascus lol
 
I've not played this so much this season, not really liking Grind i don't see what the big deal is not had a chance to play the new map as it's not came up in rotation. Just read about the BR is free to play and bundled in with cod, up to 200 players on map!

Doing better than me! I want Damascus but I don't really use LMGs so that would feel like a chore. I'm annoyed that I need to get all the snipers gold as well because I want the marksman rifles platinum and I only have the EBR left to finish
I just need 10 more 3x kill streaks with the Origin shotgun and I'll have them platinum. Basically an evenings work if i can keep loading up shipment

How have you got yours set up? I've been using it with; ZLR Drifer A-08 barrel, XRK Void rear grip, 50 bullet magazine, XRK StrikeLite III stock and I use it with slight of hand. I did use it with a tac-laser but I didn't notice a reduced ADS time so went back to FMJ or Slight of Hand
