Anyway, I hope he comes to his senses and gives us a refund. Very good job at investingating to everybody who's invlolved themselves with this OCUK investigation :p Thanks for linking me to the thread too Lee.
 
Pretty epic investigation and I'd normally be cheering even more for him to get owned but to be fair the 'scam' only involved sending the drives out in bad packaging :p

Can't imagine the police dealing with such a matter.

tbh I think it got nipped in the bud so to speak, judging from his other activities around this forum he wasn't about to stop doing it.
 
Not only the tattoo; notice earlier in the thread I linked to SCAMoe's "Wanted: Mac Book Pro" thread. It was his last thread under the Camoe account, and posted AFTER he'd told me and Synixx that he was too skint to provide refunds. In the FB screenies above, someone offers SCAMoe an i5 system on Tuesday (10/08/10) but he says no thanks, he thinks he's getting a MBP...

Skint my arse. The type of person who gets a MBP isn't the type who has to sit there spinning webs of lies to avoid refunding a few quid to be able to stay part of a community as good as this one. So either he has cash, or he's chatting **** to his mates as well. Oh and cyber bullying my arse as well (can you even cyber bully an adult, let alone one caught out scamming folk?).

"Only" a case of bad packaging? He went out of his way to sell goods through MM in a dodgy way, backed to the hilt by lies and multiple pre-created accounts. Scammer all the way. Synixx if you don't have your full refund this time next week, make sure you call into your local cop shop bud. :)

Make sure all of you have each others contact details, what they bought, amount he has taken etc when you each tell the police.
 
Is this guy retarded? A Jiffy, does not, a suitable container, make. He deserves what he is getting for acting the fool.

I can even imagine what his personality is like, I know someone with one. It sucks.
