It really depends on the context of the bottom burps, if you rip one in someones face then possibly, but you can't control natural bodily functions.
Get an air freshener and crack a window.

Or eat foods which will neutralise your farts.

The only other thing I might suggest is a cork I'm afraid.
 
Its a choice you have made rather than a medical condition so sure you can be fired, no different from someone doing something else that disrupts co-workers like only breathing through a kazoo....

I hope you get fired.
