If you don't get an shipping conformation then ask in the customer service forum or ring them up. Although just check what the status of the order is when you log in to your account on the website, might say in warehouse queue, which means waiting to be shipped

It's only another way of contacting the shop! I doubt you would get the answer you want anyway, since they would have to be at work to check your order.
