Canadian Grand Prix 2011, Circuit Gilles Villeneuve - Race 7/19

Good god, been getting into twitter the last couple of weeks, to keep informed on stuff. Not really tweeting. Omg jakehumphrey is like those annoying Facebook peoplemwho tweet about every little thing. Still f1fanatic and Mike Gascoyne are good.
Anyone follow anyone else for f1?

Twitter is great for F1 news and general insight. Main reason I use it tbh.

I have a few others too which you're probably not as interested in.

Hard to overtake whaen you are in 1st place, Seb made one mistake and lost the race.JB hit 2 cars and won, funny old game.

They're all playing the same game, and Seb dropped off the island under pressure at exactly the wrong point ;) Not the first mistake he's made, certainly won't be the last. He'll win the next race at a canter I expect....

He let slip, dont get me wrong,JB done very well. Ive never seen him so gutted, his expectations are so high now that anything less than a win is a failiure, must be a German thing!

I wonder if the winner at Monaco would have been different if JB had been 2nd for the last few laps instead of Alonso - who imo didnt really push and harry SV enough imo

JB I think said in an interview he was just sitting back waiting for them to have a prang. On the one hand you'd like to think he might take the chance but with it being so difficult to pass there he may have just accepted the points of 2nd rather than chance a move that could cost him and the team points.

Remember in 09 when Vettel was ahead of Button and he made a mistake on the first lap just pushing it a little too hard and Button flew by? this reminded me so much of that. I can't even remember what track that happened on!

Yeah, I guess. But to finish 2nd, while opening up the championship lead at the top of the WDC...he shouldn't be too disappointed.

Most drivers on the grid would probably bite your hand off, if you offered them the opportunity to finish 2nd, in any GP, this year.
