Hopefully it's a cold and wet race in Canada.

Maldonado, Sutil, Kobayashi is the order for hitting the wall of champions if so.

1pm is the worst time
quite like sunday evening gp not much else to do sunday evening and it doesnt take up the whole day

Although joking aside, the fall of McLaren and Ferrari is a shame. When you see how far Williams fell you start to pray this is only a blip.

Can't remember if anybody crashed last year. Last one i remember was qualifying 2 years ago where maldonado binned it on a flying lap

Vettel was in the wall a couple of years ago, although in Friday practice. When the marshal fell over going to him.

2011 was vettel. Was also the year when the wall of champions claimed the dignity of a marshall

Sutil won't be going into the Wall of Champions if it's wet. After Hamilton and Button he's one of the best wet drivers on the grid.

Even the best drivers, wet or dry, can end up in it. There's a reason why it's called the "Wall of Champions".

Doesn't matter how good you are, if your car is as unsettled as the Sauber this year.

Whether thorough his own fault or not, hasn't Sutil binned it at pretty much every race weekend so far due to their brake-by-wire being crap? Certainly seems like he's been in the gravel a lot.

McLaren should make a step forward in this weekend's Canadian Grand Prix, because its Formula 1 car will suit the Montreal circuit better than recent venues, according to Eric Boullier.

The Woking-based team utilised an upgrade package to end a run of three straight races without points by scoring a double top-10 finish in Monaco last time out.

The team's racing director Boullier reckons Montreal's long straights and lack of high-speed turns will help Jenson Button and Kevin Magnussen be even more competitive in Canada.

"We have been bringing upgrades regularly since the beginning of the season, but clearly we had a strong push since Barcelona," Boullier said.

"In Monaco we had a lot of mechanical upgrades on the car, and the track layout of Canada is high-speed with a lot of straight lines, but with no real high-speed corners, a lot of chicanes and low-speed corners, so it should suit our car and we should be in better shape than we were in Monaco."

so basically the mclaren can go in a straight line, it doesnt do proper corners.

Yes, I'd imagine Mclaren will be utilising quite a few upgrades in Canada tbh, I've heard from various sources that they will actually be dropping the steering wheel device in a bid to push more performance out of the car, and lose even more weight seeing as the car cannot drive around corners.

Should hopefully gain us a few tenths.
