cannot sleep and work in 3 hours....

I'm a student and it's holidays.

I got up at 4pm yesterday, and went to the cinema at 9, and ate a large sweet popcorn, large coke and a bag of skittles... The caffeine and Sugar was keeping me up, so I started watching my new Band of Brothers BluRays, that was about 3am, now I'm thinking about going to bed.

that sucks Pho. Does he know your up this late working?

Yeah, I said I'd stay up to try and get it sorted which means I'm staying at home today :D.

He wants to use the new server which I've not finished setting up yet (100Mbit upload > 256kb on the current server :D) and that's throwing errors up too.

Why did I go into IT? :(

I'm in the Christmas spirit, but not right now....gash. I can hear Mum's bf up getting ready for work, que him walking in soon wondering why I'm up...nosey sod.

hmm. maybe its just me. just feel like another day for me

Having problems sleeping since I started bar work. But hopefully that'll change. Applied for a job just across the road which will be a hell of a lot easier.

I have a bad enough time keeping a good sleeping pattern so this bar work doesn't help at all.

Damn, busted.

Now share it around ;)

Seriously though, I hate that feeling when you just can't sleep - it makes the day at work drag so much as you're basically a spaced-out zombie all day :(

I ask myself that everytime the phone goes :(

I like it - but then I have an extremely varied and challenging role. Depends what you're doing I guess. :p

That would be the case if I was doing that job ;)

Nope, today...I'm moving :(

I still delegate even though I'm not a manager....

"Mate, I'm really busy working on the wotsitthingamibob to Timbuktoo - could you take a look for me?"

It's called the teflon-shoulders trick ;)

Know that one well...I did used to work in a London office you know :p

There is a fine art to passing the buck ;)

Nothing like the feeling of palming something off to someone else, just so you can sod off to the bog to roll out a five curler completely stress-free :D

Where are you working now - closer to home and out of the smoke?
