cannot sleep and work in 3 hours....

Is it normal to feel like having a hangover after lack of sleep?

I woke up the exact same time one sunday (3AM), could not sleep, then I don't know how but I proceeded to do 140miles on my bicycle starting from about 7AM and it was hilly too. And I feel I cant manage college today yet I could do that then and it's only 2 mile away :p

how does a hangover feel like?

I slept for 9 hours last night, woke up freezing with a stiff neck and I feel every so slightly ill. No milk for my coffee either. That sleep larks not all its cracked up to be!

crap.

headache, sick feeling etc....

I hope my rear wheel holds out, falling backwards onto road will just make today worse

well the only 1 thing i ever have (only like twice is)

not drinking any water (in this case) for about 20 hours.. but instead drinking about 1litre of vodka and a few beers

= sick, constant vomiting in the morning.. (about 10 hours after stopping drinking)
skin was very very hot... i believe was was under severe dehydration..

never had any headaches and minor stuff though..

right now im feeling the after affects of some insane night, but thats probably due to having a fight of some sorts... either way if you have a headache do a quick bit jogging/cycling and a shower

25mins...but through the black wall tunnel. I do about half a tank of fuel through there :D

Ouch - do you stagger your working hours to avoid all the inevitable pile-ups and congestion in the mornings and evenings? I've spent far too many hours stuck waiting at that bloody place when working with a mate :(
