That's the way i will be going, its a shame because the Hub phones separate line was handy, and iv also got BT vision too, so i will have to change the lot.

You still got the problem?

I had a BT engineer go to the exchange yesterday, he said my line was on a faulty bit of equipment, and he had 80 other changes of the same problem to do. He made the change, and said that will fix the problem, and at first the net seemed a lot more stable and faster.

However, last night, and all today it's still been doing the same thing. Haven't a clue what the problem is, but I got another 2 weeks of this to put up with until my Virgin gets fitted :(
 
Mine is still exactly the same, with no date for a resolution.

My contract is up in May with BT, so that will be the end of me and them after many years.

Yeah I swear mine is worse now, it's gonna drive me nuts trying to work for 2 weeks with this :(
 
It would'nt have hurt them to send mobile dongles to the people effected as a temporary fix would it.
 
Well this morning they have offered to send me a mobile internet dongle as a good will gesture, till they sort mine out.

How many times have you phoned BT about this problem? I had an engineer call again this morning, and he went to the exchange and they said they are putting me on new equipment (again) and the problem is still there?

I can't believe I am on the only one on the bexleyheath exchange with this problem?

I must have called 20 times in the last 4 weeks, and had 3 engineers out.

It was when i called to cancel my contract they offered me the dongle till its resolved.

So that got them another weeks grace.
