Can't sleep, and have given up. What do you do when you can't sleep?

Breakfast is great! It's the best reason to get up in the morning!

Steak, steamed broccoli and sauteed potatoes with bacon bits this morning. Yum! :cool:

Nothing wrong with cooked breakfast, in fact it's the best. But sod that on a work day. If I'm working night's it's great, plenty of time to sort out every meal.


Fell asleep at 9pm, woke up at midnight. Now not tiered at all.
 
I've found that exchanging random comments with Magnolia while drinking warm milk with honey and cinnamon doesn't help me sleep, but it helps pass the time at least.

So now you know.
 
True, they weren't really random and you're welcome to pop in for a cuppa since you've made the journey :)

I've run out of asses milk btw. Hope that's not too much of an inconvenience for you?

Why is it strange? It's far stranger having sweet cereals and toasted bread. Breakfast is just a normal meal. Why not just cook a normal meal? It's far more enjoyable and dare I say it far healthier than all the processed crap that is stated to be breakfast food.
