I'm not sure, other than just then we are moving the ball so slowly that by the time it gets to him or Lingard they have 3/4 players around them and then we're asking them to perform magic.

He's either dribbled it into a defender, or out of play.

which is pretty much what Lingard has done, they have no room. By the time they get the ball the defenders are all set up.

Well so far, I definitely want to see Texeira playing more often. He looks like he could be quite promising.

I don't know. At the moment it seems like the entire team is sitting back waiting for Depay or Lingard to do something. Wilson has been completely anonymous. Right at the end of the half Depay beat a man and right behind him was...another man. They are getting 10 behind the ball every attack because we move the ball forward so slowly.

It's been hard for Wilson, give him a chance and he will finish. We have quite a bit of pace so need to utilise it, but it's been handicapped by LVG tactics of course.

Another 45 mins of abject mediocrity from United. League Cup was always crap but this is awful. None of them look like they are playing to retain their place in the start 11. Well maybe Pereirra who has been ok. Painful to watch.
