Captain's of crush ordered, forearm training begins!!

yeah its ok to get a few out but you dont realise that later you have no strength!

I'm focusing atm on getting them closed (touching handles) regularily, then i'll start looking at reps! Its that last bit that sucks!
Well, I can no longer close it with my left hand :D. Sure I've killed something.

Felt macho at work as no one could close it but I could :D

I might go with the advice posted here, even though I know I've got very good grip strength I might just start off on the trainer whilst still purchasing #1.

I got a set of scales and squeezed them and got 9 stone, dunno how accurate this is :P

I just tried that, 80 kilos (12.5 stone) with two hands.

and 40 kilos with my right hand.

I'm not very good.

I dont do any weight training, mabye i should start.

Mind you I've been saying "next week i'll go back to Kung Fu" for over a year now so i doubt ill start any time soon.

whatever anyone thinks i dont reckon many people can do the number 1 more than once of twice without training, ive got a good year of heavy weight training under my belt and thought id be fine. Im not.

I broke my left wrist about 5 months ago (scaphoid), and although it doesn't stop me doing everyday stuff, I still feel it's fairly weak, and it is tender when I press it hard.

Anyway... I just ordered one of the trainers - hopefully this will help me get back to my old self.

To follow up from the above, I've really badly hurt my left elbow->wrist with these things. Going in full pelt at #1 was a mistake. I'm now rolling back to a trainer on the left hand!

hold on, mine aren't CoC's!
im an idiot!! just checked on the ebay crap, saw single CoC's, saw a bundle also in his list, bought the bundle without thinking!

in the ones i have, #3 is 200lb, in coc #3 is 280lb.
