It worked amazingly (I had a foot pump in the boot of the car). I did no damage to the clamp and put it back exactly where I left it. Needless to say I still had to pay the fine though - I tried to contest it saying that it musn't have been clamped properly, and at the time there was a clause stating that you must do no damage to the clamp (which I didn't). It didn't work for getting me off the fine though
Heck it was still worth it - I'd have loved to have seen their faces!
