Car Clamps

Yeah the baliff will immobilise his car as generally its worth the most second to his house. Totally stupid idea trying to remove it, they will invoice him for the clamp and no doubt a lot of time associated with sorting the situation out.

he's partially parked on the pavement. this can be cause for licence endorsements for obscuring a public walkway. you also never know, but there might be double/single yellows/he might not be displaying a permit. so you're right, you can't see why he was clamped

Thats right I can't see why he has been clamped, if its the pavment thing then why haven't they clamped the golf?

He's probably been clamped becuase he has finance on the car he's not paying.

No, not always. A baliff is able to immobilise the car for any debt as they try and reclaim the debt or repossess goods.

Not if the car doesn't belong to the person in debt they can't. Whilst I don't want to stereotype, I bet that Laguna is financed and thus property of the finance company.
