Car parked in my allocated space

Can they do that if it's on private property? Like if it were parked in the correct spot then it's nothing to do with the council whether it's taxed etc.. owner just needs an SORN right? And whether it is in the correct spot or not within a private car park is a civil matter between two tenants or owners.
Yep they can, if it meets the criteria:

Poo down the phone to the housing association and the parking company.
Poo in every neighbours letterbox from Orbit, it's the only way to be sure.
Poo in and on the parked car.

I'm surprised you needed such basic advice tbh.

Yes. Poo through every letterbox.
Don't forget to poo through your own.. Otherwise you'll be the obvious poo fiend!

Speak to your local council, if it hasn't moved for months and isn't taxed etc they may treat it as an abandoned vehicle and get it removed.
I've done that one was towed as it was clearly abandoned the other the guy moved it sharpish it was on a public road though and not a private parking area

Someone parks in my allocated space in our building garage. Even though I don't have a car here I was a bit aggrieved that someone had decided to take my spot (it's very conveniently located in the garage close to the building entrance) until one day I found out that the owner of the car is a hot Ukrainian MILF, and now strangely I am not so bothered.

Men are so weak :o
Can't believe nobody has asked, pics?

Congrats on getting your space back.

May I suggest one of these while you wait on your own car....
