Car parked in my allocated space

Since about April/May someone has been parked in my space that is allocated to me on my leasehold. I bought a car last week so i now need to use it.

I've called the car park management who said the warden would be around to issue a ticket, that was 2 weeks ago and nothings happened. The housing association keep referring me back to the car park management company(PCM). I called PCM again and they told me to download an app where i could self enforce a parking ticket which involves taking some pics and uploading them with a description and the person the car is registered too will get a ticket in the post. Is that even possible? I would have thought only the DVLA would have the car owners address.

If the car doesn't move where do i stand legally? I did get a report on said car and it was written off in Sept 22 and then changed ownership in January.

Tell the housing association you expect a rent reduction because the parking management company are failing to mange the parking.

Shift it with your car and a tow rope dump it outside the town hall. Or place plastic tubs with batteries and wire under it so it looks like a bomb and report it to MI4 or MI5 . If that fails glue yourself to it .

Someone parks in my allocated space in our building garage. Even though I don't have a car here I was a bit aggrieved that someone had decided to take my spot (it's very conveniently located in the garage close to the building entrance) until one day I found out that the owner of the car is a hot Ukrainian MILF, and now strangely I am not so bothered.

Men are so weak :o

How do you know nothing has happened? A ticket may well have been sent to the registered owner now, perhaps there is a delay with them or the owners are away etc... It's easy enough for you to report it yourself too with these companies.

It might well be the case that it just takes time, maybe they're useless and didn't send a warden out but you report it yourself, you're not necessarily going to see the result of that right away as a ticket/demand letter needs to be issued and posted to the registered owner, could be another week before they see the fine and move it etc. or you may need to report it a few times.

Best to enforce you rights to stuff proactively, this should have been reported earlier.

Speak to your local council, if it hasn't moved for months and isn't taxed etc they may treat it as an abandoned vehicle and get it removed.

Can they do that if it's on private property? Like if it were parked in the correct spot then it's nothing to do with the council whether it's taxed etc.. owner just needs an SORN right? And whether it is in the correct spot or not within a private car park is a civil matter between two tenants or owners.
