Carabao Cup - Fifth Round ** Spoilers ** [19/20 December 2017]

Why even bother trying to blame the ref? The team were pathetic, played badly and didn’t look bothered at all. Don’t excuse them.

Mourinho looks like he should be on suicide watch all the time too, pure misery.

Before people reply too seriously to stig they need to realise that in his eyes every challenge on a Utd player is a foul and Utd have never fouled the opposition. This is a standard stig reaction.
Heh I love reading his rants on anything Ferrari and Utd. Rose tinted goggles when it comes to anything Ferrari or Utd.

Anyhow arsenal and Chelsea looks like a cracker of a match. Probably get spanked by Chelsea but should be a good game.

MUFC are a joke. City have basically an actual plan as a footballing club from investment in stadium and facilities to a plan to win trophies. United just want to cash in on commercial opportunities and big name signings.

Let's bring Ozil and Bale too. To **** more money down the drain and make no progress as a club.

I am now spending the entire day talking like Darth Vader thanks to the shouting.

From where I was sat in the ground, the ref made some baffling non-decisions both ways.

14 years of being a season ticket holder, and that night has made up for quite a few of the bad ones :D

Raphael Hoginstein has just released a book on Klopp and in it he talks about Utd's attempts to sign Klopp where Ed Woodward described Utd to him as an adult version of disneyland :o

We seem to make one big, good signing for the future (ie Pogba/Lukaku) and 5 bad ones at the same time. How hard can it be to identify and sign the best players at clubs just below the top level... there are loads.

The dead wood needs shipping out as well, many players have stalled developmentally for whatever reason and it's getting a bit tiresome now. Martial and Rashford are our main creative forces and neither are true creative players nor are they consistent.

Ultimately though the result last night was just a typical cup game, the big team under-performing and the weaker team all giving 110%, so they deservedly won.

City will pummel them 20-0.

You can understand why Pep didn't want to go to Utd. Cess pit.

Wow, what a game! I was in the diehard stand, was absolutely crazy at both goals but especially the second, few people crowd surfing down etc. Absolutely fantastic result and so deserved, we were absolutely all over them, especially Flint v Ibra and the 2/3 players that closed down Pogba every time he got the ball.

Didn't quite get on to the pitch, by the time I got down people were coming off, it was all being recorded by the rozzers and I had to scale down a concrete wall into the disabled area and wouldn't have been able to get back up.
