Carabao Cup Final Liverpool v Newcastle ** Spoilers ** [16th March 2025 @16:30]

I'm glad we've got a 12 point lead in the league, we look ******
Yup I think we might trickle over the line rather than storm over it, thank goodness for the lead we racked up earlier in the season. Hopefully a lesson for Slot that in the English game you need to rotate more

Liverpool were due a sticky spell they've not really had one this season, come at a pretty bad time though with Europe and cup finals!

International break now give them a chance to regroup for the run in.

Ref waving them on after 13 seconds for the counter LOL so much for 30

Cmon we’re garbage, they don’t need a hand winning this

Big 20-25mins for Liverpool, need to get on the ball more and get some balls in for Gakpo/Nunez/Salah.

Unless we drastically change (and realistically that needs a Newcastle mistake right now) this will be the easiest final you’ll ever see

Not burying PSG in 90 has ruined two competitions for us unfortunately

Yeah, that ucl game coming back to haunt us now. We’re spent

I think what’s really hurt Liverpool is the lack of reinforcements (squad depth) and the number of games we’re playing, mixed in with the lack of quality on the left. And we’re far too reliant on Salah as a result.
