Man of Honour
Does no one else think Kane is offside there? Or am I just being biased?
Is the rule still “any part of your body you can score with?”
Offside is one of the laws of association football, codified in Law 11 of the Laws of the Game. The law states that a player is in an offside position if any of their body parts, except the hands and arms, are in the opponents' half of the pitch, and closer to the opponents' goal line than both the ball and the second-last opponent
I agree, was offside, stupid decision
Shoulder can't be offside
His shoulder and half of his head was offside.
If get that it’s tight and if VAR wasn’t in use there’d be nothing to say, but isn’t the whole idea of VAR to make these fine margins easier to judge.
Suppose it depends how they define the shoulder, is it part of your arm or body?
Wasn't just the penalty, it was his belief that Kepa should've been sent off for his 'lunge' at Kane when Kepa was just spreading his body expecting the shot.Robbie Keane is quite possibly the worst pundit ever. His analysis of Kepa's attempt at saving the penalty literally made my head hurt.
