Each of his teams ends up playing badly and he takes over teams such that almost any manager could achieve what he does in the short term. Good to great squads with huge spending. Had he taken over say Everton rather than Chelsea back in the early 00s, he'd never have achieved anything. He only did well because of the teams he took over being extremely easy to win with leading to more teams in the same position.
 
United are shocking. It's one thing being beaten by a team in a lower pressu who get lucky or play out of their skin, but they're just being outclasses here
