Watched the game on the box, didn't hear anything but the BBC match report states chanting about Istanbul. Never nice to hear any fans mocking such tragedies

Swings around roundabouts, man united fans were there with turkish flags, galatasary shirts (one fan at least), on top of the chants.

He worded his comment in a fashion not designed to provoke a response, yours was, so i responded.
The fact that I as well as others have replied to his post shows that he did provoke a response, everyone agrees that it's uncalled for.
You think by me pointing out that Leeds fans were just as bad means I feel our fans were justified? Of course they're not, I'm embarrassed that any of our fans would get involved in anything like that.
Villas-Boas will be fielding some youngsters tonight so Ryan Bertrand, Romelu Lukaku, Josh McEachran and Oriol Romeu will be playing. Drogba will be back after suffering from concussion a few weeks back. Should be an interesting evening.
