Carling Weekend/Reading/Leeds

Agreed. Hope they get stomped on by eBay, but I doubt it.

I'm giving some thought to Reading. Would only go for one day (Friday - being local helps), but I'm still unsure. I have a serious aversion to muddy fields, but it'd certainly be an experience. Might be an incentive to get a little fitter too (the thought of standing for more than an hour fills me with dread right now). I'm partially sighted, but I can handle crowds up to a point (Times Square on a Friday night, for instance).

Really don't want to do this and regret it later, or worse still, get myself into some dodgy situation I can't handle. So, in short, I need convincing, one way or the other. :)

At least I know that there's still tickets (for now), and I can get to the venue without a car. :)

So tempting :/
*digs out conscience and reminds herself sticking stuff on credit cards is not good* :o

Last year the weather was great all year and there was not a muddy feild in sight :D and your quite safe as long as you dont venture into the camp sites at night weird and scary places full of the great unwashed :p

You have booked 1 middlesbrough (age restrictions apply) tickets for LEEDS FESTIVAL 06 T&C at Bramham Park in Leeds on FRI, 25/08/2006. Doors open at 11:00.

YES!!! :D :D :D

spent all night refreshing and then the weekend sold out, so got a coach pack instead

One of my friends has just been to the Guildford branch of HMV. They have tickets but the queue stretched out the store and round the corner. He estimated it must have been a couple of hundred.

If you do try take a good book with you :)

/edit - Just been talking to a guy at the Trocadero branch. Their allocation sold out in about 20mins. The queue was far greater than the tickets they had available.

Mate went to Newbury to get some tickets but they appear to have sold out. I'll just wait for the next allocation I think, or get one on the door which most of my mates do every year.

Some rumours about saying that they haven't actually sold out but there was a problem with the phone lines so they are trying to fix it.

Anyone got a direct link to the reading weekend + coach tickets, if its the only way i got a hope in hell of getting one, i would appreciate it.

Thanks for the help guys, but it seems coach tickets from london sold out while i was submitting my order :(

Now im trying to jsut get a sunday day ticket to see pearl jam, anyone got a link for that? Im not trying to be useless but the ict dept at work are having some issues atm and i keep timing out on all webpages. That is unless anyone has a couple of tickets for the pearl jam gig in london they wanna sell me :P

Seetickets doesn't seem to be working for me either. I was going to try to buy some wednesday tickets and parking so I could at least get in :D

Just been to the Meadowhall HMV

No queue at all and a pile of tickets left (for Leeds anyway)

I'm a happy man :)

are you kidding, the main days were fine but if you got there on the thursday it was like mud wrestling, your foot would literally get stuck in the mud and then when you pulled your foot out, the mud had devoured your shoe, plus my tent leaked - but it was all in good fun!
