Carphone Warehouse Slow Refunds

This is quite common for retailers. They take your payment straight away but then take ages giving you a refund. Most likely to earn a bit of interest. It shouldn't be allowed.
 
Yes I think the law should be altered regarding this, I have never even seen the phone as I cancelled it, was returned to the depot , the advisor told me not to Go to the store. Big mistake. I should have. I didn't see in this country any customer satisfaction or customer relations anymore. It doesn't exist
 
Yes that's true, it really is not right ,and has caused me to never buy from them again. I have never had such appalling service , rude and dismissive staff. Today I got tickets as I couldn't attend a booking, sent for use anytime from a cinema , because of a hospital appointment, they didn't mess about and were extremely polite and even refunded popcorn which had been paid in advance. This puts Carphone Warehouse to shame.
